Their 4th mini album.
Review:
"Signal" sounds weird, but again, since it's a title track with a music video and many live performance, it's become an guilty pleasure type of song that I eventually just learned to adore. It just sounds alien.
I love "Three Times a Day," it's similar to "1 to 10" since its a laid back rnb track, but the lyrics are pretty cute. "Only You" is a pop song with a very repeatable chorus chant. "Hold Me Tight" is very sugary. "Eye Eye Eyes" fits well with what signal was doing, has an alien feel to it, but it's once again, very catchy with sugary choruses. The last song reminded me of an American song and I even googled it and even JPY is aware of the similarities to "starving," but whatever, as a ballad, it does its job at sounding sentimental. Why does Sana say "my finger."
Tracklist/Scorecard:
1. Signal 9/10
2. Three Times A Day 10/10
3. Only You 9/10
4. Hold Me Tight 10/10
5. Eye Eye Eyes 9/10
6. Someone Like Me 8/10
Summary:
The title track sounds weird, but if you want high fructose corn syrup type of pop, the b-sides here are so catchy and sounds so hyper.
Key Tracks:
Three Times A Day, Only You, Hold Me Tight
Rating: 9/10
