Review: Is this new? Is this original? who knows anymore. I was a big fan of her soul approach on her first two albums, but just like Adele, how far can you take that British sound? Well, Jessie found new life on her 4th album, and on this 5th album, it's the same disco energy, but for modern times. I don't know man, music makes you feel things and this album just feels good (pun intended). Like the way they just slap works at your ears so it makes you want to groove to them. Yes, she sings and the lyrics aren't as romantic, it's sexy. And you can hear a crowd of voices singing instead of it being just her, so it feels alive like a party.
Summary: Easy to predict where the songs are headed and when the music hits where you expect, it just feels good.
