Twice's 3rd mini-album was originally released in October of 2016, but got repackaged a few months later.
Review:
"TT" is Twice's most viewed music video, and it actually took a while for me to like it because TT is not a common emoticon where I live, so I thought they were forcing a phase to be popular. But the more I listen to it, the more I watch the music video and the live performances, this song is just too ridiculous. "bab-ba-ba-baby." it's very cute and youthful, and because I've heard it so many times, it's just a classic Twice song.
With the repackaged, it included their 4th title track, "Knock Knock" and I loved it on first listen. I like that theres a buzz to it the whole time, and the bridge is Mina being Mina, and there's no unnecessary rap. Very cute and catchy. "Ice Cream" feels out of place being sandwiched between the two title tracks, but since its a repackage, I just tell myself it's not intended. It's a very good soft track on its own.
"1 to 10" is very soft. "Ponytail" is rock driven. "Jelly Jelly" is super cute and has a cute rap. "Pit-a-Pat" is fast paced and catchy. "Next Page" feels like a good goodbye song, the music is loud, and there are "oh oh" and "hey hey" in the background, but they are using their soft voices in the verses.
Last, "One in a Million" is a song for their Onces, and I thought it was fairly basic, but their greeting is "one in a million," it's hard to dismiss this song because of its meaning. I do think its basic because there's so many "you're special the way you are" type of songs, and they make me cringe, but I feel like this song belongs on their greatest hits album.
On the physically album, there's a bunch of other stuff, but it's not important.
