I gotta figure out how to know what the bpm is for a song because this album is very calm and stripped back. Based on the singles, I knew not to expect the electropop sounds of Melodrama, and since I wasn't familiar with George Michael, I had no idea it was unintentionally copied.

Summary:
First listen, yeah, it was pretty boring, but I didn't think it was bad, I thought it sounded empty like her debut album sounded, which I wasn't a huge fan of. There is a uniqueness about Lorde since she sorta pioneered whatever genre she did with "Royals," that I sorta trust her with this album and not expect anything, because it'll probably make sense years from now. The singles do sound "fuller," and I like the charm of "Dominoes." But overall, it's just tame and there aren't lyrics for me to grab hold to.
